# Coordination Note for bf-3y87u

**Rationale**: The encoding fixtures in `tests/fixtures/encoding/` were already committed and are tracked in git. These fixtures were created by CLOSED beads:

- `bf-2ypn2` - Phase 7 profiles exit gate fixtures (CLOSED)
|
||
- `bf-84xr8` - Fix unmapped glyph PDF encoding format (CLOSED)
|
||
- `bf-3cwge` - Add unmapped glyph generator script (CLOSED)
|
||
|
||
Since `bf-512z1` is OPEN but the fixtures were committed by unrelated CLOSED beads, there is no conflict to avoid. The fixtures are already in the repository with proper provenance from those closed beads.

**Rationale**: The CI/CD templates mentioned in the task were already committed and are tracked in git. These templates were created by CLOSED child beads of `bf-5o8cg`:

|
||

The parent bead being in_progress only indicates that the overall release pipeline work is not yet complete (other child beads may still be pending).

No reversion or additional commits are required.
