jedarden	3a85eaacc3	refactor(dashboard): remove duplicate component files ... Delete non-canonical commandpalette.* and blepanel.js in favor of the hyphenated command-palette.* and ble-panel.* which match the fleet-page.* naming convention. Rename test file accordingly.
