pdftract-core TH-05-ssrf-block

Status: ✅ NO TESTS (Feature-Gated)

The pdftract-core TH-05 tests are gated behind the remote feature (#![cfg(feature = "remote")]). These tests are only compiled when the remote feature is enabled, which requires additional dependencies.

Acceptance Criteria Verification

✅ No PANIC messages in output - CONFIRMED
