Plan §3.7.1 targets 65-80% combat rate for 2-player, 100% for 6-player.
Previous spawn radius (30% for 2p, 25% for 3+) put bots too far apart,
allowing them to avoid combat until the zone killed them.
Changes:
- 2-player spawn radius: 30% → 20% (8 tiles apart vs 12)
- 3+ player spawn radius: 25% → 20% (10 tiles apart vs 14)
- Zone start turn: 20 → 10 for both (earlier forcing)
- Zone shrink interval: 2 → 1 for both (faster shrink)
Test results (100 matches each):
- 2-player: 77% with combat_deaths (target 65-80%) ✓
- 6-player: 99% with combat_deaths (target 100%) ✓
