- GET/POST /api/zones - list and create zones with JSON responses
- PUT /api/zones/{id} - update existing zone
- DELETE /api/zones/{id} - delete zone
- All endpoints return JSON with proper HTTP status codes
- OpenAPI/Swagger annotations present (@Summary, @Description, @Tags, @Router, etc.)
- Table-driven tests for all CRUD operations
