Adds 13 comprehensive integration tests for the RC4 decryption
implementation covering:
- PDF spec Appendix A worked example
- NIST RC4 test vectors
- Password validation (R=2 and R=3)
- Empty password handling
- Invalid input rejection
All 34 RC4 tests pass (21 unit + 13 integration).
