The implementation was already complete and verified. All acceptance criteria PASS:
- CLI flag --md-no-page-breaks exists in cli.rs
- Main.rs wiring with correct default behavior (page breaks ON by default)
- Markdown module with include_page_breaks support
- Test coverage for both with/without page breaks
No code changes required.
