Verified all 7 fuzz targets build successfully:
- lexer, object_parser, xref, stream_decoder
- cmap_parser, content, profile_yaml

All acceptance criteria PASS:
- cargo build completes without errors
- No dependency resolution errors
- cargo check succeeds as smoke test
- Clean build from scratch succeeds
