jedarden	83c239ee60	feat(ci): add changelog lint script and fix clippy warnings - Add scripts/changelog-lint.sh to validate [Unreleased] section has entries - Remove unused imports from cdc.rs, explainer.rs, group_sync_worker.rs - Fix unused variables in scatter.rs tests - Use fully-qualified path for MockNodeClient in anti_entropy.rs tests The changelog lint script enforces the plan §7 CHANGELOG maintenance pattern by checking that the [Unreleased] section gained at least one entry under standard subheadings (Added, Changed, etc.) since the last release.
