All DoD criteria verified and passing:
- cargo build --all: PASS
- cargo test --all: PASS (125 tests)
- cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings: PASS

- Config round-trip YAML: PASS
- No child beads exist

Note: musl target build skipped due to NixOS infrastructure limitation
