test(miroir-core): clean up Mode C chunking test - remove obsolete TODO

The chunking queue logic is fully implemented via list_chunks() and
queue_depth() methods. Removed old commented code that was waiting for
this implementation. All Mode C acceptance tests pass:
- Job chunking for large dump imports (>1GB) ✓
- Reshard backfill chunking ✓
- Chunk claim expiration and re-claim ✓
- Multiple pods claiming chunks concurrently ✓
- Chunk job progress tracking ✓
