- cargo build --all: PASS
- cargo test --all: PASS (103 tests)
- cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings: PASS
- cargo fmt --all -- --check: PASS
- Config round-trip YAML: PASS
- Workspace structure: COMPLETE

Note: musl target build requires x86_64-linux-musl-gcc cross-compiler
(not available in NixOS environment — infrastructure issue, not code)
