+# P1.6 Verification Session (2025-05-23)
+
+## Task Verification Summary
+
+Verified that all P1.6 acceptance criteria are met. The property tests and benchmarks were already implemented in a prior session.
+
+## Acceptance Criteria Status
+
+1. ✅ **`cargo bench -p miroir-core` runs all criterion benches and reports timing**
+   - `router_bench.rs`: Comprehensive router benchmarks
+   - `merger_bench.rs`: Comprehensive merger benchmarks
+   - Both benchmark files compile and run successfully
+
+2. ✅ **`cargo test -p miroir-core` runs property tests with 1024 cases per property**
+   - `router_proptest.rs`: 12 proptest properties
+   - Configured via `proptest.toml` files (workspace and crate-level)
+   - All 12 tests pass
+
+3. ✅ **Phase 8 CI includes `cargo bench --no-run` to compile benches on every build**
+   - Verified in `k8s/argo-workflows/miroir-ci.yaml` line 124
+
+## Performance Verification
+
+### Merger Benchmark (Primary Target)
+- Target: < 1 ms for 1000 hits, 3 shards
+- Actual: ~834-886 µs ✅
+
+### Router Benchmark
+- Target: < 1 ms for 64 shards, 3 nodes, 10K docs
+- Actual: ~276-283 µs ✅
+
