jedarden 6197c37297 docs(bf-izw3): verify CommandPalette tests - all already passing ... All 5 tests mentioned in the bead are passing. The required public API (addSuggestion, addSuggestions, clearSuggestions, setSuggestions) and behaviors (empty query returns all suggestions, navigation wrap-around) are fully implemented in src/tui/components/CommandPalette.ts.
