- Diagnosed stale ready-queue.json containing 17 closed beads - Cleared ready-queue.json (now empty) - Project at ~99% completion (159 closed, 1 open epic) - All phases complete: Core, TUI, Web Dashboard, Intelligence Co-Authored-By: Claude Worker <noreply@anthropic.com>
