All tracked phases complete:
- Phase 1: Core Infrastructure
- Phase 2: TUI Implementation
- Phase 3: Web Dashboard
- Phase 3.5: Intelligence Features (partial)

1087 tests passing across 27 test files.
Remaining Phase 4+ features are untracked nice-to-haves.
